As Tom wrote, Teoscar Hernandez has tested positive for COVID, and will now be out for at least another 10 days. Based off this, it sounds like he tested negative and was not contagious on the last day he was with the team, so hopefully he remains the only one:
Per MLB's operations manual, Hernandez will need to complete 10-day quarantine, demonstrate improvement of any symptoms, undergo a cardiac evaluation, and receive clearance from both team physician and MLB's Joint COVID-19 Health/Safety Committee before he can return to Blue Jays

George Springer took batting practice today. But he’s not going on the #BlueJays’ upcoming road trip. Instead staying at the alternate site to get as many at-bats as he can. Montoyo said his quad is doing better but not ready to play yet.
