The Blue Jays have roster moves again today:
- Jordan Romano has been activated from the IL. And Charlie says he’ll be back in a high-leverage role right away.
- Ty Tice has been called up.
- Josh Palacios and Travis Bergen head down to the Alternate site.
As well, the Jays tell us that George Springer was fine after yesterday’s game, but the team isn’t in a rush to bring him up. It sounds like Tuesday for the start of the series with the Nationals would be the likely debut.
And Teoscar Hernandez is going to be given a few days to build his strength up after getting over Covid.
Vlad Guerrero Jr. is the only MLB player to have reached base in every one of his team's games this year. He has reached an MLB-best 41 times per #BlueJays.
