The Jays have a doubleheader today, and I will sadly be missing both games as I’m headed to spend the day at Disneyland this holiday weekend.
Ross Stripling starts Game 1, and hopefully the tweaks he made last time will stick.
I’m starting to wonder if the Jays will ever play a nine-inning game again. These 2 games, barring extra innings, will make 5 games in a row of 7 innings or less.
Did you see this yesterday? How long until Vlad tries it?
I did not know any human being, let alone one who stands 6-foot-3 and weighs 220 pounds like Fernando Tatis Jr., was capable of moving like this. pic.twitter.com/JOa1W6Ok1h

We are glad you are here and hope you feel welcome. As a reminder, we have rules. Mostly it’s “don’t be terrible,” but these days it’s also, “please debate about baseball and not the coronavirus or vaccines.” If a moderator asks you to stop doing something, please stop. If you want to discuss the rules, don’t do it in the thread. Email Tom instead. We also have a BBB Glossary full of GameThread lingo you can find here.
