Big big news. The Blue Jays are returning to Toronto starting, starting July 30th. Earlier today I didn’t think it was likely to happen but glad to hear it will happen. The first series, presuming all works right, will be against the Royals, starting July 30th.

The team will have to hire people to work at Rogers Centre. They have to move equipment from Buffalo to Toronto and players, coaches and other employees will have to pack up in Buffalo, find places to live in Toronto and move in. Getting all that done in two weeks will be work.

Also, Ryan Borucki has been activated for today’s game. Joel Payamps gets DFAed to make room on the 40-man.
