The Jays are going for the series win against the division leading White Sox, just like we all predicted.
We have an update on Springer, who will hopefully be back this weekend:
Blue Jays will wait to see how Springer feels tomorrow before making a decision. Key is ensuring there's no stiffness/soreness in his knee after a day of activity.

One way or the other, Blue Jays will be very aware of managing the workload on his knee whenever he is activated.

Also, a rather interesting update on Ryan Borucki:
A note on Ryan Borucki, who's currently on the development list, which is for the purpose of conditioning or development. Borucki's in Florida at #BlueJays' player development complex, making use of the pitching lab. Choice was Borucki's to go this route over pitching in Triple A

We are glad you are here and hope you feel welcome. As a reminder, we have rules. Mostly it’s “don’t be terrible,” but these days, it’s also, “please debate about baseball and not the coronavirus or vaccines.” If a moderator asks you to stop doing something, please stop. If you want to discuss the rules, don’t do it in the thread. Email Tom instead. We also have a BBB Glossary full of GameThread lingo you can find here. You can Adopt-a-Jay here, and here’s a helpful tutorial on how to post images in the comments.
